Ingredients

  1. 1-2red Thai chili
  2. 6 ozginger root (skinned and sliced)
  3. 4garlic cloves
  4. 3The sugar
  5. 2.5 Tbsfish sauce
  6. 1/2lime juice
  7. 1/3 tspdistilled white vinegar
  8. 1.5 Tbswater
