Cooking Instructions

Mix all your dry ingredients in a gallon size freezer bag.

Mix Ur milk, egg, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Place your pork chops in the mixture. Heat the frying oil to 375 degrees.
- 3
Place one pork chop in flour mixture, close bag and shake till the pork chop is covered. Repeat this step till all pork chops are covered.
- 4
When the oil is ready place pork chops in it and Fry until dark golden brown
