Fried Fish with Sautéed Kales

Wash and prepare the fish by removing the scales and the intestines. Then wash very well

Let it dry. heat the oil in medium heat.

Fry the fresh fish both sides.

Then chop the kale into medium size.

Then fry the onions till brown and put in the kale
- 6
Sautee the kale for 3 minutes and serve hot with ugali.
