Ingredients

15 minutes
5 Servings
  1. 1/2Red Cabbage
  2. 5 glassWater
  3. 1/2 teaspoonYellow Mustard Seeds
  4. 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonpink Salt
  6. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoonjaggery powder(optional)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil red cabbage for 5 minutes till the water turns red.

  2. 2

    Switch off the flame. Add crushed mustard seeds black salt and pink salt. Mix it well.

  3. 3

    Strain the water and add lemon juice and jaggery.

  4. 4

    Serve in chilled in Shot Glasses
