Finger millet pakoda
Steps

Take two cups of finger millet flour, keep it aside.

Fry the groundnuts and keep ready.

Chop the onion, green chillies, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Take a wide bowl,add finger millet flour,fried urad dal flour, groundnuts, chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander and salt. Add some water, mix it together like a thick dough.

Keep a kadai on medium heat, add oil,let it hot enough. Take the finger millet pakoda mix,drop it into hot oil,like small pakodas. Let it cook crispy,remove the pakodas and put it in the kitchen tissue.

Tasty finger millet pakodas are ready to serve. Enjoy the healthy and crispy pakodas.
