Swiss Breakfast Egg and Red Chili

I started making this recipe during a dinner where there was nothing to eat and since then I’ve been a fan of it, the pronounced taste of Swiss cheese with red pepper is already delicious with the taste of eggs, it’s simply irresistible.

I started making this recipe during a dinner where there was nothing to eat and since then I’ve been a fan of it, the pronounced taste of Swiss cheese with red pepper is already delicious with the taste of eggs, it’s simply irresistible.
Steps

Mix your egg in a bowl

Add the red hot chilli pepper
- 3
Transfer them to a pan where you will cook them (scrambled) over medium heat

Bring back the eggs to a corner of the pan
- 5
Grate your Swiss cheese and add it on your eggs
- 6
Remove your eggs from the heat, place the lid of the pan and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes while the cheese melts.

After that, prepare your plate and put a base of mozzarella cheese (or other) and hot red pepper
- 8
To finish, return the pan above the plate and enjoy
