  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. Handfulcoriander leaves
  4. 1 inchginger piece
  5. Salt to taste

    Soak black eyed beans overnight.

    Blend black eyed beans and ginger into a smooth batter.

    Add cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt into the batter. Mix well.
