Serves 4 servings

2 cupspearl millet flour (about 250 grams)
2 cupsjaggery (about 400 grams)
6 tablespoonspeanuts (about 50 grams)

Clean the pearl millet thoroughly and grind it into a fine flour.

Roast the peanuts, add them to the millet flour, and boil the jaggery in 2 cups of water until fully melted.

Pour the boiled jaggery into the millet mixture, mix well, and shape into balls. Your ladoos are ready.
