Soak the bread in water.

Beat the eggs with the cheese and pepper.

Add the beaten eggs to the squeezed bread, then add the diced deli meat, shredded cheese, and chopped parsley.

Mix well and cook in a nonstick skillet greased with oil.

Press and level the surface with a spoon. Cook slowly, and when the edges are set, flip the frittata with the help of a plate and cook the other side.
