  • 1carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoonmaida
  • 250 mloil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoonschezwan chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  • 1small bowl water
  • 2 teaspoonmayonnaise

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take bowl grate boiled potatoes add chopped onion, carrot add all spices mix well
