Italian Starter Bruschetta

Heat oil in a pan and put minced garlic.

Saute for a minute and add chopped veggies.

Fry for 2-3 minutes and then add garam masala powder and salt.

Add sweet corn and mix well.

Switch off the heat and transfer the cooked veggies in a bowl.
Add sauce and mayonnaise and mix well. - 6
Mix well.

Now apply pesto tomato sauce on bread slices and put cooked veggie mixture.

Put some grated cheese and seasoning.
Toast these with applying butter in oven for 3-4 minutes. - 9
Summer special Bruschetta is ready to serve.
