#Healthy delicious Malai Kesar peda for Rakshabandhan special
This. Peda is made with milk powder and flavoured with Kesar and you can easily make in 15 minutes. This sweet specially for Raksha Bandhan.
Steps

First take 1 bowl milk powder and half cup sugar powder 1/2 tsp Kesar(saffron) arrange in a different cups then take1/2 cup warm milk add Kesar and soak in milk. Then take a pan add 3 tbsp ghee.

Then add1 /2 cup milk and bring to a boil then add milk powder and mix well cook on low flame till the mixture stand coming together then add Kesar soak warm milk and mix well.

Then add 1/2 cup sugar powder and cook till the mixture Again brings to come together as a ball. Else it won t' set properly and will become sticky.

Then mixture transfer to a dish and make lemon size balls and shape well like peda

Now our healthy delicious Malai Kesar peda for Rakshabandhan special is ready. Garnish with chopped almond and with a slice pistachio and and garnish with Kesar strand. And serve it. And Enjoy Raksha Bandhan festival. Enjoy!!!
