Hung the yoghurt for 4 to 5 hour in a cotton cloth. Remove all excess water. Soak the 4 to 5 sticks of kesar in the 2 tbsp warm milk.

Now remove the cloth and take this hung yoghurt in pot.

Grind the sugar with cardamom in the mixer grinder. Now mix this sugar in the above yoghurt mix it well add above kesar sticks in this mixture.

Keep this in the freeze for 1 to 2 hour and serve it with puri or chapati.
