This is a nice delicious dish can be had during fasting ....paired with kuttu ata puri...
Steps

Dice paneer, soak in hot water with lil salt for 1/2 hr, strain it, keep aside.

Take a mixer jar, add dhania patta, ginger & green chilli, in goes lil water, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Soak kaju & makhana in hot water for 1/2 hr, strain it, grind it coarsely with lil water, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes dhania paste, mix it well, add salt too, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.

Add in kaju paste, mix it well, stir fry it for a minute.

In goes fresh cream, mix it well, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in garam masala powder, mix it well. In goes paneer pcs, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add 1 cup hot water, mix it well, give a boil. Cook it covered on low flame until gravy turns a lil thick, turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...
