Simple and traditional sweet , specially prepared during krishna janmastami.
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan and fry poha until lightly golden.

Add coconut slices,cashews and sauté for 1 minute to release their aroma.

Pour in milk and bring to a gentle boil.

Add jagarry and stirring until dissolved.
- 5
Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 6
Serve warm or chilled.
Tips
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
