  • 200 gCabbage
  • 2medium Tomato
  • 150 gFirm tofu
  • 8 piecesBlack olives
  • 4 piecesMushrooms
  • 1/4 pieceOnion
  • 1 tablespoonOlive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonPepper
  • 1 tablespoonSoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cabbage, tomato, tofu, mushrooms, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion until translucent.

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add cabbage and tomato, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add tofu and black olives, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.

  7. 7

    Stir gently and cook until vegetables are tender.

Tips

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to customize the flavor!
