  • 250 gChili (organic, any variety)
  • 500 gNeutral oil (organic)

    Add chili and neutral oil to the bowl of a robot cook or similar blender.

  2. 2

    Mix slowly at speed 5-6, heating to 60°C for 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Strain, then transfer to a clean bottle.

Tips

Using organic ingredients enhances the flavor and quality of the chili oil.
