In a mixing bowl add 1 cup refined flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, nigella seeds. Mix well, gradually add water. Make a medium soft dough.

Other mixing bowl add 1 cup refined flour, 1/2 tsp salt, carrot pulp, mixed herbs. Mix everything well, then add water and make a medium soft dough.

Other mixing bowl add 1 cup refined flour, 1/2 tsp salt, ajwain, green chutney and mix well. Add water and make medium soft dough. Keep aside all dough for 15 minutes.

After 15 mintues, make small balls from the dough. Roll them. Then take kadai, heat oil, when the oil becomes medium hot fry all the pooris. Serve with Curry or sauce or chutney.
