  • 200 gChoi sum
  • 500 ml(for steaming) Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the choi sum thoroughly under running water.

  2. 2

    Bring water to a boil in a pot or steamer.

  3. 3

    Place choi sum in the steamer basket.

  4. 4

    Steam for less than 10 minutes until tender and bright green.

  5. 5

    Remove and serve immediately.

Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
