A perfect balanced meal that will also be great to try. Enjoy!
Steps

Preheat your pan and spread some cooking oil. First stir fry your onions until cooked.

Next add the carrots and cook until medium soft.

Add your eggs and let the eggs harden before you continue to stir fry until the eggs are mixed with the vegetables.

Add the coriander and Green pepper and continue to stir fry.
- 5
When all vegetables are ready add your Salt and black pepper then continue stiring.

Now add your ready cooked dry rice and stir then cook for about a minute and it's ready.

Serve when hot. It goes well with avocado.
