Ingredients

30 minutes
2 person
  • 100 gflour,
  • 2eggs
  • 30 mloil
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tbsporange marmalade
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • warm water
  • Zesta jam to spread the pancakes

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl place 100g of flour. Add 1 tbsp of baking soda.

  2. 2

    Then add 1 tbsp of orange marmalade. Add 1tbsp of vanilla essence.

  3. 3

    Break 2 eggs in a different bowl, beat the eggs and add to the floor. Then add 3 tbsp of oil and mix well.

  4. 4

    Mix it well. Then add warm water gradually. To form a pouring consistently.

  5. 5

    Stir, beat or mix with a mixer or a blender till to form asmooth pouring consistently.

  6. 6

    Then pour 3 tbsp of the mixture to the heating pan. If the pan is not non stick pour 1 tbsp of oil in the pan before pouring the mixture. This will prevent the mixture from sticking to the saucepan.

  7. 7

    Allow to cook until brown and turn. Cook both sides well till golden brown.

  8. 8

    Repeat this process for the remaining mixture until all is done.

  9. 9

    Use the zesta jam to spread on top of the cooked pancakes to sweeten the pancakes.

  10. 10

    Serve with white tea
