Steps

Wash the chicken very well. Keep aside. Heat kadai, add oil. When the oil becomes medium hot add mustard seeds, saute for 2 second. Add onion.

Fry the onion until it golden brown. Add curry leaves, finely chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 3 mintues. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, saunf powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mintues.

Add tomato paste and salt. Mix it, cover the kadai for 2 mintues. Then open the cover add chicken. Stir continuously for 3 mintues.

Then add water and cook the chicken. When the chicken becomes soft and gravy is dry off the gas flame. Then plate it and enjoy.
