Ingredients

15-20 mins
  • 2medium onions
  • 7-8green chillies
  • 1 tbspginger
  • 1kilo mutton pieces without bones
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcoriander
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 slicesbread

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients for grinder.

    Grind the meat twice and grind other ingredients only once.

    When the onion is grinded, remove the excess moisture from it and then add it into the mixture.

    It requires kneading the mixture and fry it on medium heat.
