Soak jowar for 2 to 3 hrs then remove water.Crush it croase.Roast moong dal.

In cooker add crushed jowar,moong dal,salt and haldi with some jeera and black pepper add water. Close a lid and cook till done

Now in pan add ghee,jeera,rai,curry leaves,green chillies,ginger paste and cashew let it crackle add hing and haldi pour on cooked pongal. Stir and cook for few minutes serve hot.
