I love making this cranberry relish during Thanksgiving! It is sweet, tangy, a little bit spicy and has a bit of umami too!

Place cranberry jelly in a bowl and mash to break up the jelly.

Add finely chopped green chilies to the bowl.

Pour in lime juice, then add mustard oil.

Add chopped cilantro.

Sprinkle in black salt.

Mix everything together until well combined to form a relish or chutney.
Tips
Chop the green chilies and cilantro finely for an even flavor throughout.
