Wash shakarkandi very well.

Take pan place all shakarkandi and add 1/2 cup water.Cover it and cook it till it is half cooked in medium flame.

Drain the water and peel it.Cut into thick slices

Take pan heat oil.Add shakarkandi and cook till it crispy.

Transfer it to earthen pot add all ingredients and mix well.

To give charcoal effect place one bowl inside put hot coal and add some ghee for smoky effect.Cover it for 5 min.

After 5 minutes transfer it to serving plate garnish with coriander leaves.Serve immediately.
Tips
For an extra crunch, you can add some chopped onions or pomegranate seeds as a topping.
