Ingredients

10 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1Bowl mixed melons. (Watermelon, cantolope, Musk Melo)
  2. 1/4 cuppaneer/cheese
  3. 1 cuplettuce shredded
  4. 1cucumber diced
  5. 1 tspblack salt
  6. 1 tbsphoney
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. Fresh mint leaves chopped
  11. I added chat masala to give it a nice taste

Steps

    Scoop out melons.

  2. 2

    Now add lettuce, cucumber and mint leaves. Mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now add salt, black salt, black pepper powder, honey, lemon juice and little chat masala.

  4. 4

    At last add cheese/paneer. Toss it. And refrigerate it.

  5. 5

    Serve it chilled.
