There are lots of ways to cook sweet potato. Steam it then shallow fry, in a cooker add salt or sand and cook in it. Remove the skin and chop it.

Now heat oil and stir fry with spices.

Add sesameseeds, coriander. You can also add chutneys curd, sev, pomegranate etc. Garnish with lemon and serve. I have added photos of both servings.
