Ingredients

  • 1 lbshrimp
  • 12 ozspaghetti
  • 4 tblsbutter
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine
  • 1lemon juiced & zested
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 tspred pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper

Steps

    Boil pasta to al dente

  2. 2

    In deep skillet melt butter and add red pepper flakes and garlic- sauté 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes

  4. 4

    Pour in white wine and simmer 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice, zest and heavy cream- stir well then simmer

  6. 6

    Add cooked pasta to coat then add salt and pepper to taste

  7. 7

    Put in baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese

  8. 8

    Bake 375 20 minutes
