Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 300 gVegan chicken
  2. 250 mlOatly oat cream
  3. 1 dlCreme fraiche
  4. 1.5 dlChili sauce (or ketchup with chili)
  5. 1 packageVegan bacon
  6. 1Banana
  7. 1 dlPeanuts
  8. 1Yellow onion
  9. 1 tspPaprika powder
  10. 1/2 tspWhite pepper
  11. 160 gRice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 200°C.

  2. 2

    Pan fry vegan chicken and onion with paprika powder and white pepper.

  3. 3

    Slice the banana. Add vegan chicken, banana, and onion to an oven dish.

  4. 4

    Mix oat cream, chili sauce, creme fraiche, and paprika powder in a bowl. Pour over the dish.

  5. 5

    Cut vegan bacon and sprinkle on top with peanuts.

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding some herbs or spices to the sauce.
