8-9 inch cake.

Dry ingredients
1.5 cupmaida
1 tspbaking powder
3/4 cupcocoa powder(unsweetened)
Pinchsalt
Wet ingredients
1 cupcurd
1/2 cupoil
1 tspcoffee powder
1/2 cupmilk
3/4 cupsugar
For ganache
200 gmdark chocolate compound
100 mlmilk

Mix wet ingredients till sugar is completely dissolved.

Seive all the dry ingredients 2-3 times and mix well.

Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in 2-3batches so that the batter is lump free. Mix only till the ingredients are mixed well. Dont over Mix. Add more milk if required to get ribbon consistency batter.

Pour it in a greased tin,and bake in kadhai. Add salt and dhokla ring, and place the cake tin on the ring.

Bake it for 35-40mins. Check with a toothpick. If the cake sticks on toothpick, bake for more 5-10mins. Cool completely.

For ganache, heat milk till you see light bubbles on the side. Pour it in chopped darkchocolate. Mix well, the heat from milk will melt the chocolate, cool it on room Temperature, whisk well and apply on cake. Decorate as you want and celebrate
