- 3
After resting, make Equal size balls. Take one ball, spread a little, add cheese cube and close it. Make all balls with the same procedure.
- 4
Put stuffed ball in the slurry, then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Make each ball and keep ready. Heat the oil.
- 5
Fry the balls on a medium hot oil till golden crispy. Remove on the kitchen paper. Fry all.
- 6
Now serving Time... Arrange the cheese stuffed poha veg balls in the dish and serve with tomato sauce and green chutney. Enjoy cheesy starter..
Tips
Soak the poha only until soft to avoid a sticky mixture, and keep the potato quantity balanced so the balls stay light. Always use chilled cheese cubes and seal them well inside the mixture to prevent leakage while frying. Fry on medium heat for an evenly crisp outer layer with a perfectly gooey cheese center.
