Steps

Mix maida + salt + baking powder + oil and mix nicely, add water gradually and knead a semi soft dough. Keep in rest for 10 -15 minutes.

Assemble ingredients, finely chop green chilli, Onion and Coriander.

Finely chop cabbage, Marinade with salt for 15 - 20 minutes, cabbage will release water, squeeze water from them, add onion + little salt + coriander + mustard oil, stuffing is ready.

Now take the dough and knead again for around 2 minutes.
Then pinch small portions from dough and roll out small and thin round shape (just like small roti).
Keep the steamer ready. - 5
Then take 2 tbsp of prepared Momo filling and place right in the middle and seal by joining the edges to form Momo shape.

Grease steamer pan, place the momos and steam for 10 - 12 minutes.

Serve hot steamed momos with hot and spicy Chutney.
