Matcha Condensed Milk Sauce

I made ‘Corn Starch Matcha Milk Jelly’ the other day. I wanted to eat it with Matcha Syrup, but I didn’t bother making it. I was just about to pour Condensed Milk instead, then this idea hit me. Why don’t I add Matcha Powder to the Condensed Milk? So I did. It’s a super quick and easy Matcha flavoured sauce.

Combine Condensed Milk and 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Powder in a small bowl. Taste it, and add extra Matcha Powder if required.

If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of Milk, and mix well.
