Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gBok choy
  • 80 gChinese preserved sausage
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tbspCooking oil
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the preserved sausage and chop the garlic.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sausage, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add bok choy and stir-fry until just tender.

  4. 4

    Season with salt, mix well, and serve.

Tips

For extra flavor, you can add a splash of soy sauce or oyster sauce while cooking.
