Oven-Baked Semolina Bread

Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough, then divide it in half.

Knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough.

Place the dough on a kitchen towel sprinkled with semolina.

Shape into two balls and roll them in semolina.

Flatten each ball into a disk.

Cover with a towel and let rise again.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 18 minutes.
