Steps

Mix flour, salt, sugar, activated yeast, yoghurt and butter to form a dough. Sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Fill each piece with cheese and fold the dough around the cheese. Then roll out each piece with a rolling pin.

Fry the bread in a hot pan without oil until golden brown on each side. Finish with some melted butter with garlic.
