Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,fry onion, green chillies.Make a paste of grated beetroot, boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, kalimirch powder and cook.Mix in chopped corriandor leaves before serving.

Make a stiff dough by mixing flour, beetroot Puri with oil and salt.Cut the dough into small loaves,make a corner,fill with beetroot filling and close tightly.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.Beetroot samosa is ready.Serve with pudina chutney and salad.
