Ingredients

100 gbulgur or couscous
2tomatoes, finely cut
1small onion, cut into small pieces
1 cupfresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cupfresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1lemon juice
2-3 Tbspextra olive oil
to tasteSalt – chili powder

Steps

Cook bulgur or couscous until is softened. Set aside. .

Put all chopped herbs, tomatoes and onions in a bowl, add cooked bulgur or couscous.

Add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper.

Salad is ready :)
