Ran across a picture of a version of this and decides to try my version of it. Man oh man am I glad I did! It has become my go to breakfast lately. The flavor combo is just delish.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chili oil and swirl to coat.

Crack eggs into the pan. Pour 1/3 cup heavy cream around the eggs.

Cook until egg whites are set and edges are crispy.

Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle Sriracha over eggs.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.

Toast the cheddar jalapeño sourdough until golden.

Serve eggs with bacon, sourdough, and guacamole if desired.
Tips
To ensure the egg whites are completely cooked you can cover you pan with a lid to keep the heat in the pan.
