Shami kabab croissant sandwich

A Shami Kabab Croissant Sandwich is a delightful fusion of Eastern and Western flavours, combining the hearty taste of traditional kababs with the buttery flakiness of a French croissant.
Shami kababs, made with beef, split chickpeas, aromatic spices, and herbs, are shallow-fried until golden and crisp on the outside yet tender inside. When tucked inside a warm, buttery croissant, these kababs transform into a satisfying handheld meal that is both comforting and gourmet.
To assemble, slice the croissant in half and lightly toast it for extra crunch. A layer of creamy mayonnaise forms the base, followed by fresh lettuce, onions for freshness and crunch. Place the hot shami kabab in the center.
Some prefer adding pickled cucumbers or a drizzle of chili sauce to enhance the tangy and spicy notes. The contrast between the crisp vegetables, soft and spicy kabab, and buttery layers of croissant creates a perfect balance of textures and flavours.
Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or a quick lunch, the Shami Kabab Croissant Sandwich is filling yet elegant, offering a modern twist on a beloved classic that will impress both family and guests.
A perfect East-meets-West fusion snack!
