Sabudana Cutlets

Sabudana cutlets are delicious and crispy, and they're often enjoyed during fasting. Sabudana cutlets are my favorite! I made these using potatoes, sabudana (tapioca pearls), and peanut powder.

Sabudana cutlets are delicious and crispy, and they're often enjoyed during fasting. Sabudana cutlets are my favorite! I made these using potatoes, sabudana (tapioca pearls), and peanut powder.
Steps
- 1
Boil the potatoes, peel them, and grate them. Soak the sabudana (tapioca pearls) in water for 4 hours. Once they have absorbed the water and softened, use them for the recipe. These are the main ingredients for making the cutlets.
- 2
Roast the peanuts and grind them into a powder.
- 3
Mix the grated potatoes, soaked sabudana, and peanut powder together.
- 4
Add cumin powder, rock salt, black pepper, and amchur powder. Knead the mixture until well combined.
- 5
Shape the mixture into cutlets.
- 6
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden and crispy. Fry all the cutlets this way.
- 7
Once done, serve hot.
