Steps

Wash, wipe and grate amlas by grater.

In a mixing bowl add grated amlas, black salt, asafoetida,carom seeds, mix well and rub by hands.

Place a plastic sheet in sun light and spread thin layer of grated amla.Dry for two three days till crispy.Chew if required.Store in cool dry container.
Tips
Very useful in acidity, vomiting and nausea.
