Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well with salt.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Pour in the eggs and let them set slightly.

    Gently stir and fold until just cooked but still soft.

    Serve immediately.

Tips

For extra creaminess, you can add a splash of milk or cream before beating the eggs.
