Saudi Champagne or Arabic Champagne is a refreshing beverage or a popular Mocktail (a non alcoholic drink) in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern Countries made with fresh Fruits, Apple juice, Lime Soda and Mint Leaves. The ingredients are mixed together and served chilled. A super delicious and a refreshing beverage with a nice name given as a playful nod to the popular drink Champagne.

Fresh ingredients make this super tempting drink stand out. Fresh Apple juice is an added bonus if it could be made at home. I have used Real Apple juice this time. As for the Fruits, other Seasonal Fruits are also used by many like Apricots, Peaches and Plums. However the top 3 Fruits (Apple, Orange and Sweet Lime) are always the best. Creative alternatives and a large number of Mocktails have become popular like Saudi Champagne and remains the most loved one by a large number of people who stay away from Alcohol like the devoutly Islamic Country Saudi Arabia.
This drink had gathered a huge fan following and is made with simple and fresh ingredients. Sparkling water can also be used in this amazing Fruity punch. Let's begin with the recipe straight away folks.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
