Chicken Breast Roll
I made this with 1 small chicken breast.
Steps

Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on the table or countertop. Butterfly the chicken breast, then place another sheet of plastic wrap on top. Pound the chicken gently until it is evenly flattened.

Remove the top layer of plastic wrap. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Beat the egg with the garlic and parsley, then brush the mixture evenly over the chicken.

Cover the chicken with slices of ham, making sure to cover the entire surface. Grate the mozzarella or mild cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the ham.

Once the cheese is grated and spread, arrange the hard-boiled eggs, carrot, red bell pepper, and olives in a row (all should be cooked beforehand).

Carefully roll up the chicken breast, using the plastic wrap to help you form a tight roll.

Wrap the roll in the plastic wrap, then repeat wrapping two more times to make it firm. Tie the roll securely with kitchen twine.

Preheat the oven. Place the roll in a baking dish with water and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, adding more water to the dish as needed if it evaporates.

Once cooked, remove the roll from the baking dish and press it (if you don't have a press, place it on a cutting board with something heavy on top). The next day, remove from the press, slice, and enjoy this delicious chicken breast roll with your family.
