Add mango, mint, coriander, green chillies, peanuts, salt, sugar, and cumin seeds to a blender.

Add a little water and blend until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency.

Serve with dosa, dal rice, or phulkas.
Tips
Adjust the number of green chillies according to your spice preference.
