Ingredients

  1. 2riped avocados
  2. 1big finely chopped onion
  3. 1green chili (finely chopped)
  4. 2–3 tbsp coriander leaves (optional)
  5. 2medium finely chopped tomatoes
  6. 2– 3 tsp lemon/lime juice
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 pinchchaat masala (optional)
  9. 1small garlic clove (crushed) (optional)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Prep tomatoes (important)
    Chop finely
    If too watery → remove seeds (This prevents soggy guacamole)

  2. 2

    Mash avocado
    Scoop and mash (keep slightly chunky, not paste)

  3. 3

    Mix everything
    Add tomatoes, onion, chili, coriander
    Add salt + lemon juice
    Mix gently

  4. 4

    Taste adjust
    Should be:
    Slightly tangy (lemon)
    Mildly spicy (chili)
    Well salted

Tips

🍽️ How to use
Dip dosa like chutney
Or spread inside dosa + fold (like masala dosa fusion)

Pro Tips
Add tomatoes just before eating → keeps it fresh
More lemon = better with dosa
If too thick → add 1–2 tsp water or curd
