Chop finely
If too watery → remove seeds (This prevents soggy guacamole) - 2
Mash avocado
Scoop and mash (keep slightly chunky, not paste) - 3
Mix everything
Add tomatoes, onion, chili, coriander
Add salt + lemon juice
Mix gently - 4
Taste adjust
Should be:
Slightly tangy (lemon)
Mildly spicy (chili)
Well salted
