  • 1/2 cdark brown sugar
  • 4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tbspcumin
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1/2-1 tspred pepper
  • 1/2-1 tbsp5 spice
  • 1 tbspyellow mustard
  • 1 tbspcurry

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together. Taste and adjust flavors as needed. This works great on top of bbq sauce or by itself. I do recommend to marinate on the meat for at least 30 minutes. The brown sugar helps to seal in the juices and makes a fantastic crust on the outside. Be blessed 😇
