Ingredients

6-7 hours low or 4-5 hours high
6-8 servings
  1. 3-4 poundpork roast
  2. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/2 cuphoney
  4. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  5. 2 tablespoonsfresh chopped rosemary (1 teaspoon if dried rosemary)
  6. 1 tablespoonDijon mustard
  7. 4 clovesminced garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1/2 teaspoonpepper

Steps

6-7 hours low or 4-5 hours high

    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rosemary, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, salt, and Parmesan cheese.

    Add pork to slow cooker, pour sauce over pork cover and cook 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

    Remove the cooked roast from the crockpot and let it rest before slicing. Drizzle the sauce on top.
